Antrucks is a lead generation and listing platform for construction equipment, heavy trucks, light trucks, and prefab container homes. We connect potential buyers with authorized distributors but do not sell or stock equipment directly.

2. How does the order process work?  

Once you submit an inquiry through our website, we relay it to the relevant authorized distribution partner. Please note that Antrucks does not handle the processing, fulfillment, or delivery of any orders. All transactions are directly managed by the distribution partner.  

3. Does Antrucks offer aftersales support?

No, Antrucks is not involved in aftersales services. Once a sale is completed, all aftersales matters such as warranties, repairs, returns, and technical support will be handled by the distribution partner. For any issues post-purchase, you should contact the distributor directly.

4. What is Antrucks' liability in case of damages or defects?

Antrucks assumes no responsibility for any damages, losses, or defects related to the equipment after the sale. Any claims, disputes, or concerns regarding the product should be addressed to the distribution partner.

5. What if a distribution partner fails to fulfill their obligations?

In case a distribution partner fails to complete a transaction or violates our terms, Antrucks and Ventauso Group will take action, which may include:  

A. Banning the partner and removing their products from the website.  

B.  Redirecting inquiries to other trusted distributors.

C.  Informing customers not to deal with the specific distributor.


6. How does Antrucks ensure the reliability of its distribution partners?

We hold our distribution partners to high standards of professionalism and trustworthiness. If any partner fails to meet these standards, we take immediate action to maintain trust and transparency on our platform.

7. Is Antrucks responsible for disputes between buyers and distributors?  

No, Antrucks is not responsible for disputes. Any disputes related to equipment orders, including quality, delivery, or support, must be addressed directly with the distributor.  

8. How do I inquire about a product?  

You can submit a direct inquiry through our platform without needing to register. We will forward your inquiry to the appropriate distributor, who will contact you for further details.

9. Can I view the details of my inquiries?

Antrucks notes your inquiry details for follow-up purposes, but we do not store or process personal data for other uses.
